Return of sold item:
VV assures a refund against a returned item in accordance with the provisions of section 4 (withdrawal of order), provided the item has been returned in the same condition as it was delivered. In other words, the item should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than for trial) and all the labels and/or tags are intact with the item.
For the return of an item via home collect, kindly contact the customer care number for arranging a pickup.
After an article (clothing/ accessory etc.) is collected and delivered by the logistics partner at VV’s warehouse, the article will be examined by the VV’s authorised Agent for the claimed “manufacturing defect”, “size issue” etc. and decided if the subjected item fulfils all the conditions required for initiating a refund. If the item meets the defined criteria, the VV’s Agent will initiate the refund. Else, intimation of the rejection of claim will be sent to the Client with a request to take the delivery of the same item along with the reason for rejection of the claim. Normally, it should take 15 days for a customer to get credit once the processing of the refund is completed.
